Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Trial policy
If a free trial is offered, no card may be required during the trial period. Trial access automatically ends unless a paid plan is activated.
2. Subscription cancellation
- You can cancel recurring subscriptions at any time before the next renewal.
- After cancellation, access usually remains active until the end of the current paid period.
- No additional renewal charge is made after cancellation is effective.
3. One-time (lifetime) purchases
One-time/lifetime plans are generally non-refundable once access is provisioned, except where required by law or when a verified technical failure prevented service use and support could not resolve it in reasonable time.
4. Refund eligibility and window
- Standard request window: within 14 days from charge date.
- Requests are reviewed case-by-case based on usage history, technical evidence, and abuse checks.
- Chargebacks without prior support contact may lead to account restrictions, subject to law.

Include your account email, transaction identifier, and short description of the issue.
6. Payment provider-specific rules
Where payments are processed by a Merchant of Record or app marketplace, their mandatory consumer-protection rules can apply in addition to this policy.
7. Policy updates
We may revise this policy to reflect product, legal, or billing workflow changes. Updated versions are effective when published.
