1. Agreement and scope

These Terms govern your use of Voice Automata website, web app, desktop/mobile clients, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Legal operator

Legal seller/operator at this stage: Pavel Mazinskiy (individual, Belarus).

3. Eligibility and account

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
You are responsible for actions performed through your account.
You must not share account access in abusive or fraudulent ways.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, privacy-violating, or security-compromising activities. You must have necessary rights and permissions for any audio/content you submit.

5. AI output and responsibility

AI-generated outputs can contain mistakes. You remain responsible for reviewing and validating final content before use in legal, medical, financial, or other sensitive contexts.

6. Billing, trial, and plan changes

Free trial (if offered) may be provided without card details and is time-limited.
After trial expiration, paid access may require an active subscription or one-time plan.
Prices and plan features can change prospectively with notice on the website or in-app.
Billing processing may be handled by Merchant of Record/payment providers.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service software, branding, and site materials are owned by Voice Automata and licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service as provided by your plan.

9. Service availability and updates

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve quality, security, or compliance. We may also apply usage limits and anti-abuse controls.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law of the operator's country of residence/registration at the relevant time, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
